One of our prestigious Clients’ who is a leading Multinational IT company based in US is looking for skilled “QA Engineers” to join their team immediately.

Job Description

• Analyse and clarify requirements with the BA team.
• Plan and conduct the process of functional testing.
• Identify problem areas, add to the tracking system and track the life cycle of errors.
• Discuss fixes with developers and re-test fixed defects.
• Participate in the requirement analysis and specifications for the software being developed.
• Create, test, and add information to the appropriate testing tool.
• Perform testing at all levels and share updates with stakeholders.
• Maintain the test documentation.
• Work closely with QA Lead to clarify/understand functionality, resolve issues.
• Be involved in helping other QA team members with their User Stories and Bugs.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports for the management.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MCA.
• Minimum 3+ years of work experience in Functional and Manual testing, API testing is a must.
• Proven work experience in software development.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Excellent knowledge of “Manual” testing and its aspects.
• Hands-on experience with functional testing / black-box testing.
• Hands-on experience writing test cases, test scenarios, and test plans as well as test data generation.
• Good knowledge of databases.
• Effective time-management skills to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
